Real estate is the big topic in my life. I gained my first experience in property management and accounting during my business economic studies in Vienna and after graduation I was able to build on a good basis of economic theory and tried and tested practice. Even then I was able to build up a sustainable network for selling real estate.

After my daughter was born, I worked part-time as a real estate agent until I moved to Salzburg, where I founded my own accounting office as a single parent.

But the love of real estate should not let go of me.

After four intensive years as a broker at Postimmobilien, I switched to the property developer Residence Wohnbau, where I was able to gain new experience and professionalize myself in project development and sales for six years.

The knowledge of structural engineering basics that I was able to acquire there is now a key skill in property management.

This was followed by 5 more years at a well-known administration office, 3 of them as manager in Bad Ischl.

The individual advice and the good conversation at eye level have always motivated me. In order to be able to live this philosophy, I decided to open my own management business with real estate sales.

After more than 25 years of experience in the real estate business - as a real estate agent, as an employee at a property developer and also in property management - I have the necessary competence and assertiveness to work successfully at the interface between owners, tenants, construction companies and craftsmen.
